Flex Plan. A. The District will provide an optional IRS 125 Plan to all eligible employees. B. The District will offer the following additional options of a flex plan to all eligible employees. Each option will have its own minimum rules of participation as set by the District. 1. Spouse/Family Health Insurance 2. Spouse/Family Dental Insurance
