Flexible Benefit Allowance. Oklahoma state law provides for the distribution of Flexible Benefit Allowance payments to public school employees pursuant to 70 O.S. § 26-105. The Board of Juvenile Affairs (▇▇▇) and the Sponsor agree that ▇▇▇ employees assigned to the Charter School will be classified as state employees and receive compensation for the cost of health benefits from the State of Oklahoma, and as such, shall not be qualified to receive the FBA from the OSDE .
