Flexible Work Days Sample Clauses

The Flexible Work Days clause establishes the terms under which employees can vary their standard working days or hours. Typically, this clause allows employees to adjust their schedules to better accommodate personal needs or business demands, such as working from home on certain days or shifting start and end times. By formalizing these arrangements, the clause provides both parties with clear expectations and helps balance operational requirements with employee flexibility, ultimately supporting work-life balance and productivity.
Flexible Work Days. In recognition of the time demands placed on principals who work beyond a normal work week (defined as forty hours per week excluding lunch) to meet curricular and co- curricular needs of students; a flexible schedule may be approved by the Superintendent or designee to include up to five (5) compensatory days off per school year. Compensatory days may not be accumulated nor cashed out. A principal at his/her discretion may use the days to shorten his term of employment either before or after the school year.
Flexible Work Days. Administrators will be granted five (5) flexible work days that may be used as duty days on non-teacher contact days to work remotely or from home on school business that can be performed effectively outside of their offices.
Flexible Work Days. An employee may express a schedule preference for specific work hours. The Employer may, in its sole discretion, disapprove hours selected by a particular employee or establish set hours for any group of employees.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Work Days The work day shall consist of an assigned shift within twenty-four (24) consecutive hours commencing at 12:01 a.m.

  • Flexible Work Schedules An employee may request a modification of their current work schedule to another schedule. The Employer, or its designees, may approve or deny flexible work schedules and retain the responsibility for determining exemptions from, or terminations of, flexible work schedules which adversely affect the operation of the Minnesota Judicial Branch or the level of service to the public.

  • Sick Days Full-time employees with three (3) years or more of service shall be eligible to use two (2) paid sick days each year. Employees with five (5) years or more of service shall be eligible for an additional sick day. Sick days are non-accumulative.
