Common use of Float Holidays Clause in Contracts

Float Holidays. Full-time employees shall be entitled to two (2) float holidays per calendar year and part-time employees shall be entitled to one (1) float holiday per calendar year. Pay for the day will be based on seven and a half (7 ½) hours. Float holidays may be used at any time which is mutually agreeable between the employee and the General Manager. Float holidays not used at the end of the year shall be paid out.

Float Holidays. Full(a) All full-time employees shall be entitled to two (2) float holidays per float/personal days in a calendar year and partyear. (b) Part-time employees shall be entitled to earn one (1) float holiday per calendar for six hundred and fifty (650) hours worked to a maximum of two (2) float days. Such float days cannot be carried over to the next year. Pay for the day will be based on seven and a half . (7 ½c) hours.
