Floating Day Sample Clauses
A Floating Day clause defines a date or deadline that is not fixed but instead moves based on certain conditions or events. For example, a payment might be due a set number of days after the completion of a specific milestone, rather than on a predetermined calendar date. This clause provides flexibility in scheduling and ensures that obligations are triggered by actual events, helping parties adapt to changing circumstances and reducing the risk of missed deadlines due to unforeseen delays.
