Floor Maintenance. The City currently has the following types of flooring: • Polished concrete – Deep cleaning • LVT – Deep cleaning • VCT – Stripping and waxing or buffing • Tile Ceramic – Deep cleaning 2. All pricing for flooring shall be based on a square foot price of flooring.
