FLSA REQUIREMENTS. A. All applicable non-overtime premiums received (e.g., spread pay and student pay) will be added into an Employee’s total compensation for the calculation of the “regular rate of pay”. B. A Rover, extra person, or a Relief Rail Supervisor who has his/her RDOs changed, resulting in a workweek of over 40 hours, will be paid overtime for all hours in excess of 40. RAIL will attempt, whenever possible, to provide such Employee with two days off during each scheduled workweek.
