Flyaway. 9.3.1 The Buyer and the Seller will cooperate to obtain any licenses that may be required by the Aviation Authority of the Delivery Location for the purpose of exporting the Aircraft. 9.3.2 All expenses of, or connected with, flying the Aircraft from the Delivery Location after Delivery will be borne by the Buyer.
