For a Non. Coordinated Cutover Environment, the Parties will agree to a mutually satisfactory cutover time and Sprint shall schedule an update of disconnect and switch translations at the agreed upon cutover time. Such updates will be available to CLEC at Parity with Sprint’s own availability for such activity. Sprint and CLEC shall each provide an appropriate operations contact with whom the Parties can contact in the event manual intervention is needed to complete the cutover. In the event of manual intervention, and if Sprint is unable to resolve the issue within sixty (60) minutes, Sprint shall notify CLEC of the issue and CLEC and Sprint shall determine the plan to resolve it.
