For Appliances, Electronics and Computers. We will repair or replace the Covered Product, at Our discretion, when required due to a mechanical or electrical breakdown, including those experienced during normal wear and tear, as well as a mechanical or electrical breakdown caused by a direct result of a power surge. Costs related to removal and reinstallation of car audio and/or home theater products are covered under this Agreement, when required, due to a covered mechanical or electrical breakdown. You are responsible to backup all computer software and data prior to commencement of repair of the Covered Product.
For Appliances, Electronics and Computers. We will repair or replace the Covered Product, at Our discretion, when required due to a mechanical or electrical failure, including those experienced during normal wear and tear, as well as a mechanical or electrical failure caused by a direct result of a power surge (in the absence of insurance coverage). Costs related to the removal and reinstallation of Your Covered Product are not covered under this Agreement and are Your responsibility. You are responsible to back up all computer software and data prior to commencement of repair of the Covered Product.
For Appliances, Electronics and Computers. We will repair or replace the Covered Product, at Our discretion, when required due to a mechanical or electrical breakdown, including those experienced during normal wear and tear. A mechanical or electrical breakdown caused by a direct result of a power surge is also covered. If food loss occurs as a direct result of a mechanical or electrical defect of a covered refrigerator or freezer, We will pay You a one-time reimbursement up to three hundred dollars ($300). Food loss is non-cumulative and must be verified by a qualified servicer. Costs related to removal and reinstallation of car audio and/or home theater products are covered under this Agreement when required due to a covered breakdown. You are responsible to backup all computer software and data prior to commencement of repair.

  • WASHINGTON’S ELECTRONIC BUSINESS SOLUTION (WEBS). Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of Contractor’s information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store County PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the County Information Security Office.

  • Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.
