Context The Department of Education is Western Australia’s largest public sector employer with approximately 45,000 staff or one third of the Government workforce in around 800 worksites. We provide a system of public schools in which our aim is to ensure that every school is a good school, every teacher is effective and every student is successful. Defined Terms; References Unless otherwise specifically defined herein, each term used herein which is defined in the Credit Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement. Each reference to "hereof", "hereunder", "herein" and "hereby" and each other similar reference and each reference to "this Agreement" and each other similar reference contained in the Credit Agreement shall, after this Amendment becomes effective, refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
Headings; References; Pronouns The headings of the sections of this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and shall not be deemed to constitute part of this Agreement or to affect the construction thereof.
