FOR STUDY AND RESEARCH. Sabbatical leaves for study and research may be granted at the discretion of the Chancellor to full- time faculty members. Such sabbatical leaves shall be in recognition of significant service to the College and for the purpose of encouraging scholarly achievement which will contribute to the professional effectiveness of the members of the staff and the value of their subsequent services to the College.
