Common use of For Work Performed by a Subcontractor Clause in Contracts

For Work Performed by a Subcontractor. a. A cover letter signed by the Grantee’s Agreement Manager certifying that the payments claimed for the deliverables were specifically for the project, as described in this Scope of Work; b. Copies of paid invoices submitted to Grantee by the Subcontractor; and c. Proof of payment of invoices submitted to Grantee by the Subcontractor for work performed pursuant to this Agreement (e.g., cancelled checks, bank statement showing deduction).
