INVOICE SUBMITTAL AND PAYMENT. ▇. ▇▇▇ agrees to reimburse the Grantee for costs under this Agreement in accordance with Section K, Invoices and Payments, of this Agreement in the amount(s) identified per deliverable in Section 5 of this Scope of Work, above. The deliverable amount specified does not establish the value of the deliverable. Grantee shall use Attachment 1-A if work for the deliverable is completed entirely by a subcontractor, Attachment 1-B if work for the deliverable is completed entirely by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s employee(s), and Attachment 1-C if work for the deliverable is completed both by a subcontractor and by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s employee(s). C. Grantee shall provide one (1) itemized invoice for each deliverable submitted during the applicable period of time. The invoice shall include, at a minimum, the following: 1. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s name and address; 2. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s federal employer identification number; 3. the Agreement number; 4. the Grantee’s invoice number; 5. an invoice date; 6. the dates of service; 7. the deliverable number; 8. a description of the deliverable; 9. a statement that the deliverable has been completed; and

E.4.2 The Contractor shall submit proper invoice(s) on a monthly basis or as otherwise specified in the Contract or task or delivery order. E.4.4 HBX will make payments to the Contractor, upon the submission of proper invoices, at the prices stipulated in the contract (or task or delivery order), for supplies delivered and accepted or services performed and accepted, less any discounts, allowances, or adjustments provided for in the Contract. E.4.5 HBX will pay the Contractor on or before the 30th day after receiving a proper invoice from the Contractor.

For example, if the total salary and fringe benefits costs for employee work on deliverables and tasks under this Agreement were $4,500 for the month, the indirect costs charge would be $816.75 ($4,500 X .1815 = $816.75). For the purpose of this Agreement, “indirect costs” means salaries and fringe benefits for administrative and accounting staff, annual audit fees, accounting software maintenance and support, dues for agency membership in various organizations, copier lease expense and indirect copies, agency liability insurance, general office supplies not charged to a specific contract, postage and monthly fee for online postage service, office rent, office telephone service, fees for equipment usage (computers, desks, etc.) with municipal membership fees, annual charge for pension administration, monthly fee for off-site records storage, IT support, and parking expenses necessary for Grantee’s business operations. In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Grantee’s entitlement to retain funds paid by DEO is dependent upon the amount of allowable costs incurred and expended by Grantee in carrying out the Project.   • INVOICE AND PAYMENT A. Grantee will request payment using the State of Texas Purchase Voucher (Form B-13) on a monthly basis and acceptable supporting documentation for reimbursement of the required services/deliverables. Grantee will be paid on a monthly basis and in accordance with Attachment B, Budget. C. System Agency reserves the right, where allowed by legal authority, to redirect funds in the event of financial shortfalls. System Agency will monitor ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s expenditures on a quarterly basis. If expenditures are below that projected in Grantee’s total Contract amount, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s budget may be subject to a decrease for the remainder of the Term of the Contract. Vacant positions existing after ninety days may result in a decrease in funds. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may request a one-time working capital advance not to exceed 12% of the total amount of the Contract funded by System Agency. All advances must be expended by the end of the Contract term. Advances not expended by the end of the Contract term must be refunded to System Agency. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will repay all or part of advance funds at any time during the Contract’s term. However, if the advance has not been repaid prior to the last three months of the Contract term, the Grantee must deduct at least one-third of the remaining advance from each of the last three months’ reimbursement requests. If the advance is not repaid prior to the last three months of the Contract term, System Agency will reduce the reimbursement request by one- third of the remaining balance of the advance.

  • Invoices and Payment 16.1 Transnet shall pay the Supplier/Service Provider the amounts stipulated in each Purchase Order/Work Order, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 16.2 Transnet shall pay such amounts to the Supplier/Service Provider upon receipt of a valid and undisputed Tax Invoice together with the supporting documentation, as specified in the Schedule of Requirements appended hereto, once the valid and undisputed Tax Invoices or such portions of the Tax Invoices which are valid and undisputed become due and payable to the Supplier/Service Provider for the delivery of the Goods/Services ordered, in terms of clause 16.5 below. 16.3 Transnet may, pending an investigation, withhold any payments to the Supplier/Service Provider, in the case where irregular expenditure has been identified in the particular contract and that there is reasonable suspicion that the Supplier/Service Provider is involved or was aware that the contract transgressed any legislation. 16.4 All Prices set out in this Agreement and the Schedule of Requirements hereto are to be indicated inclusive and exclusive of VAT, which will be payable at the applicable rate in ZAR. 16.5 Unless otherwise provided for in the Schedule of Requirements appended to this Agreement, Tax Invoices shall be submitted together with a month-end statement. Payment against such month-end statement shall be made by Transnet within 30 [thirty] calendar days after date of receipt by Transnet of the Supplier’s/Service Provider’s statement together with the relevant valid and undisputed Tax Invoice(s) and supporting documentation. 16.6 Where the payment of any Tax Invoice, or any part of a Tax Invoice which is not in dispute, is not made in accordance with this clause, the Supplier/Service Provider shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount, at The Standard Bank of South Africa’s prime rate of interest in force, for the period from the due date of payment until the outstanding amount is paid. 16.7 The Supplier/Service Provider shall remain the owner of all plant, material, machinery, equipment and the like [collectively, the Supplier’s Goods] provided to Transnet until Transnet has paid in full for the Supplier’s Goods, it being specifically agreed that Transnet shall acquire no rights [including liens] of whatsoever nature in such Supplier’s Goods until date of final payment by Transnet. Subject to the aforegoing, all risk and benefit to the Supplier’s Goods shall pass from the Supplier to Transnet on delivery of the Supplier’s Goods by the Supplier to Transnet.

  • Invoices and Payments If Owner disputes an invoice, either as to amount or entitlement, then Owner shall promptly advise Engineer in writing of the specific basis for doing so, may withhold only that portion so disputed, and must pay the undisputed portion.

  • FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE The fees and payment schedule for furnishing services under this Contract shall be based on the rate schedule which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this reference incorporated herein. Said fees shall remain in effect for the entire term of the Contract. Contractor shall provide County with his/her/its Federal Tax I.D. number prior to submitting the first invoice.
