  • Services to be performed by Contractor In consideration of the payments set forth herein and in Exhibit “B,” Contractor shall perform services for County in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set forth herein and in Exhibit “A.”

In case of conflict in the language of Exhibit A and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern and control. Deviations from the Scope of Services or other provisions of this Agreement may only be made by written agreement signed by all Parties to this Agreement.
