Common use of Foreign Registration Clause in Contracts

Foreign Registration. Company agrees to register this Agreement with any foreign governmental agency which requires such registration, and Company shall pay all costs and legal fees in connection therewith. In addition, Company shall ensure that all foreign laws affecting this Agreement or the sale of Licensed Technology are fully satisfied.
