Form and Delivery of Communications. All notices, requests, demands and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if delivered by hand, mailed by certified or registered mail with postage prepaid, mailed for overnight delivery by reputable overnight courier or sent by email or facsimile transmission, upon receipt when confirmed that such transmission has been received. Notice to the Corporation shall be sent to ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Suite 7200, Houston, Texas 77002, Attention: General Counsel (or at such other address or means of contact that the Corporation shall notify the Indemnitee in writing from time to time).
