Form of Access and General Terms and Conditions. 6.2.1. The Parties will interconnect their networks using SS7 signaling protocol as defined in Bellcore Technical Reference GR-246, and GR-31 7 and GR-394 for ISDN User Part (ISUP) for trunk signaling. 6.2.2. CLEC may establish CCS interconnections with PACIFIC either directly or through a third party. CCS interconnection, whether direct or by third party, shall be pursuant to the PACIFIC Bell/▇▇▇ada Bell ▇▇▇ network interface specification document PUB L-780023-PB/NB, which will be updated to include interconnection interface specifications for unbundled signaling links and access to PACIFIC's STPs. The Parties will cooperate in the exchange of ISUP and Transaction Capabilities Application Part (TCAP) messages to facilitate full interoperability of CCS-based features between their respective networks, including all CLASS features and functions, to the extent each Party offers such features and functions to its own end users.
