Form of Billing Sample Clauses

The 'Form of Billing' clause defines the method and format by which invoices or bills must be presented for payment under an agreement. It typically specifies whether billing will be done electronically or in paper form, outlines the required information to be included on each invoice (such as itemized charges, dates, and reference numbers), and may set standards for submission frequency.
