Form of Communications. Any agreement between the Corporation and any Person (including an Investment Manager) or any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, all notices, directions and other communications to the Master Trustee shall be in writing or in such other form, including transmission by electronic means through the facilities of third parties or otherwise, specifically agreed to in writing by the Master Trustee, and the Master Trustee shall be fully protected in acting in accordance therewith.
