Form of Consent. All consents of any kind required under this Agreement shall be in writing. Whenever, under the terms of this Agreement, Advantage Life, and/or Acquiree are authorized to give consent, such consent may be given and shall be conclusively evidenced by the Chairman of the Board of Directors or the president of each respective corporation giving such consent.
