Common use of Form of Contract Clause in Contracts

Form of Contract. The form of Contract shall consist of this Contract, any Purchase Order (or other similar document agreed to in writing by Region 4), Region 4’s Standard Terms and Conditions for Procurement Solicitations, the RFP and any Addenda, Region 4’s Electronic Bid Certifications, the Offeror’s Best and Final Offer(s), as accepted by Region 4, and the Offeror’s Proposal, as accepted by Region 4, each instrument incorporated herein by reference.
