Form of Debentures Sample Clauses

The 'Form of Debentures' clause defines the specific format and structure in which debentures will be issued under an agreement. It typically outlines whether the debentures will be in physical or electronic form, the information they must contain (such as principal amount, interest rate, and maturity date), and any distinguishing features like serial numbers or registration requirements. By standardizing the presentation and content of debentures, this clause ensures consistency, facilitates record-keeping, and helps prevent disputes regarding the terms or authenticity of the issued securities.
