Common use of Form of Legend for the Securities in Global Form Clause in Contracts

Form of Legend for the Securities in Global Form. Any Security in global form authenticated and delivered under this Indenture shall bear a legend in substantially the following form: "This Security is in global form within the meaning of the Indenture hereinafter referred to and is registered in the name of a Common Depositary or a U.S. Depositary. Unless and until it is exchanged in whole or in part for Securities in certificated form, this Security may not be transferred except as a whole by the Common Depositary or a U.S. Depositary or by a nominee of the Common Depositary or a nominee of the U.S. Depositary as the case may be."
