Formal Observation Procedure. (1) A minimum of one (1) observation shall be conducted to support each performance evaluation. (2) The observation shall be preceded by a conference between the evaluator and employee prior to the observation in order for the employee to explain plans and objectives for the classroom situation to be observed. (3) A post-observation conference shall be held after each formal observation. The post-observation conference shall be held within seven (7) school days of the observation. (4) Absence by either will stay the days until the party returns.
