Forms of Units and Purchase Contracts Generally Sample Clauses

The "Forms of Units and Purchase Contracts Generally" clause defines the standard formats and documentation required for units and purchase contracts within an agreement. It typically outlines the acceptable forms that units (such as shares, bonds, or other financial instruments) and related purchase contracts must take, specifying whether they may be issued in physical, electronic, or book-entry form.
