Common use of Forum for Dispute Resolution Clause in Contracts

Forum for Dispute Resolution. It is the express intention of the Parties that all Legal Proceedings related to this Contract or to the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites or to any rights or any relationship between the Parties arising therefrom shall be solely and exclusively initiated and maintained in arbitration as set forth in this Contract, or the Washington State Superior Court for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County. The Company and the County each irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of that court in any such Legal Proceedings, waives any objection it may have to so laying the jurisdiction of any such Legal Proceeding, and the Company and County waives its right to a trial by jury.
