Forwarding of Notices. The Issue and Paying Agent shall promptly notify the Issuer of any notice delivered to it declaring any Note due and payable by reason of an Event of Default or requiring any breach of any provision of this Agreement or the Conditions applicable to any Tranche of Notes to be remedied.
