Forwarding of Notices. The Principal Paying Agent shall immediately notify the Issuer and the Guarantor of any notice delivered to it declaring any Bond due and payable by reason of an Event of Default or requiring any breach of any provision of this Agreement or the Conditions applicable to the Bonds to be remedied.
