Common use of Framework contract Clause in Contracts

Framework contract. The Contracting Parties acknowledge that this Contract is deemed a framework purchase contract. The Seller further acknowledges that also third parties, with whom the Buyer has concluded the Framework purchase contract in the form of a separate agreement upon the same contract award procedure, may participate in such framework contract. The terms and conditions of the framework purchase contract are the same for all participants thereto. The fulfilment of this framework purchase contract shall be implemented on the basis of individual Partial Contracts that the Buyer will conclude with the Seller according to the Buyer’s needs upon results of electronic demands (hereinafter referred to as “e-demand“), a part of which may be also online electronic auctions (hereinafter referred to as “e-auction“).
