Freedom of Discussion. A Faculty member is entitled to full freedom of discussion, without reprisal, in all ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Union bodies within the framework of the established rules of those bodies.
Notification of disclosure Each of the Finance Parties agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower: (a) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (b)(v) of Clause 37.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (b) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this Clause 37 (Confidentiality).
Accounting of Disclosures Business Associate shall document disclosures of PHI and all information related to such disclosures as would be required for Covered Entity to respond to a request by an Individual for an accounting of disclosures of PHI in accordance with 45 CFR § 164.528. Business Associate shall provide such information to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual, to permit Covered Entity to respond to an accounting request. Business Associate shall provide such information in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any accounting request that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.
Resolution of Discrepancies In the event of any discrepancy between the information set forth in any report provided by the Custodian to the Company and any information contained in the books or records of the Company, the Company shall promptly notify the Custodian thereof and the parties shall cooperate to diligently resolve the discrepancy.
Prohibition of Discrimination In accordance with applicable equal opportunity statutes, Executive Orders, and regulations: a) The Owner must not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, familial status, or disability in connection with this Contract. Eligibility for HUD’s programs, including this Program, must be made without regard to actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status; and b) The Owner must cooperate with the Program Administrator and HUD in conducting any equal opportunity compliance reviews and complaint investigations in connection with this Contract; and c) The Owner must comply with the Violence Against Women Act, as amended, and HUD’s implementing regulation at 24 CFR part 5, Subpart L, and HOME Program regulations.
Notice of Disclosure DFMC must advise you in writing of its intention to disclose details of this Contract before actual disclosure.
