Freedom to Use Ideas. Subject to Section 9 and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Agreement or an Order Form, the ideas, methods, concepts, know-how, structures, techniques, inventions, developments, processes, discoveries, improvements and other information and materials developed by Liferay, individually or jointly, in and during the course of any Order Form, may be used by Liferay, in perpetuity without an obligation to account (whether financially or otherwise), in any way Liferay deems appropriate, including by or for itself or its customers or partners.

Freedom to Use Ideas. Neither we nor our associates will be prevented or restricted by this contract from developing and using any techniques, ideas, concepts, information or know-how relating to methods or processes of general application including those in the field of information technology and business processes. We provide professional services for a wide variety of clients (including for those who may be in competition with you or whose interests may conflict with your own) and you understand that we will continue these activities; accordingly, neither we nor our associates will be prevented or restricted by virtue of our relationship with you, or by anything in this contract, from providing services to other clients, subject to our obligations of confidentiality to you under this contract.

Freedom to Use Ideas. Subject to Section 9 and Customer's rights in Customer Resources, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or an Order Form, the ideas, methods, concepts, know-how, structures, techniques, inventions, developments, processes, discoveries, improvements and other information and materials developed in and during the course of any Order Form may be used by Liferay, without an obligation to account, in any way Liferay deems appropriate, including by or for itself or its customers or partners.

Freedom to Use Ideas. The ideas, formulae, algorithms, concepts, inventions, know how, improvements, discoveries, processes and other information and materials (“New Intellectual Property”) developed during the course of performing Services for Client under this Agreement by eSentire and/or eSentire personnel will become the sole Intellectual Property of eSentire, except to the limited extent such New Intellectual Property contains Client Data. eSentire may use any such New Intellectual Property without limitation, including by or for its clients or customers other than Client, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement.

Freedom to Use Ideas. Subject to Section 5 and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or an Order Form, the ideas, methods, concepts, know-how, structures, techniques, inventions, developments, processes, discoveries, improvements and other information and materials developed in and during the course of any Order Form may be used by Curii, without an obligation to account, in any way Curii deems appropriate, including by or for itself or its Customers or customers. Customer may, in its sole discretion, provide Curii with suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations, or other Feedback related to Supported Software and Services provided hereunder. Customer hereby assigns to Curii all right, title, and interest in and to any Feedback, including all Intellectual Property rights therein or relating thereto.

Fees, Expenses and Payment Terms 4.1 Unit, Business Partner Transactions Customer agrees to pay Liferay (or, if applicable, a Business Partner) the applicable Fees for each Unit. The following Sections 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 shall only apply to direct transactions between Liferay and Customer. In the event that Customer acquires Services from a Business Partner, Sections 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 will not apply but the applicable fees, payment terms and taxes will be as agreed separately between Business Partner and Customer.
