Common use of Frequency Coordination Clause in Contracts

Frequency Coordination. The Licensee shall comply with all frequency coordination requirements as may be specified in the Regulatory Framework in effect at the time. To facilitate the identification of the source of interference and its subsequent resolution, the Licensee shall inform the TRA of all technical details in accordance with the Regulatory Framework in effect at the time. 14.4.2 The Licensee shall ensure that the radio communications equipment comprised in any of its radio communications stations is designed and constructed, used and maintained, so as not to cause any harmful interference to Other Licensed Operators or operators in other countries, even when in compliance with the rules established by the TRA.
