Frequency of Bills; Billing Practices. In accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices, the Servicer shall generate and issue a ▇▇▇▇ to each Customer, or, in the case of a Customer who is being billed by a TPS, to the Applicable TPS, with respect to such Customer’s Billed RTC Charges. In the event that the Servicer makes any material modification to the Servicer Policies and Practices, it shall notify the Note Issuer, the Note Trustee, the Certificate Trustee and the Rating Agencies as soon as practicable, and in no event later than 60 Servicer Business Days after such modification goes into effect; provided, however, that the Servicer may not make any modification that will materially adversely affect the Certificateholders.
