Common use of Frequency of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Frequency of Meetings. The Committee shall meet as needed, but at least 2 quarterly. Each committee member shall be entitled to their regular straight-time rate for 3 the purpose of attending meetings. Such meetings shall be scheduled so as not to conflict 4 with the routine.
