Common use of Frequency of Service Clause in Contracts

Frequency of Service. Large Item Collection Service will be provided on the next 1706 regular Collection day if the request is received at least two (2) Work Days in advance of the next regular 1707 Collection day. The Service Recipient may not intentionally commingle residential Large Items with other 1708 Residential Waste. 1709 11.10.3 Large Items Containing Freon.
