Front Yard Clause Samples

The 'Front Yard' clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use, maintenance, and appearance of the front yard area of a property. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for landscaping, upkeep, and any restrictions on modifications or use, such as prohibiting certain structures or requiring approval for changes. By clearly outlining these obligations, the clause helps prevent disputes between parties and ensures the front yard is maintained in accordance with agreed standards.
