Front Building Line definition

Front Building Line means a line most parallel to the Highway, on which a Parcel has its Frontage, at:
Front Building Line means a straight line running between the two (2) corners of a building side facing the street frontage or the two (2) extreme edges of the building profile visible from the street frontage and extending to the property line.
Front Building Line means a line parallel and adjacent to the front of that structure which is closest to the front lot line. For purposes of this definition, the front of a structure is the side facing the front lot line. A front building line extends from one side lot line to the opposite side lot line.

More Definitions of Front Building Line

Front Building Line means the closest point of a house to the front boundary, drawn parallel to the that boundary. In the case of a corner lot, the front building line applies to both streets.
Front Building Line means a line established, in general, parallel to the front street line between which and the front street line, no part of a building shall project, except as otherwise provided in this title.
Front Building Line means a line most parallel to the Highway, on which a Parcel has its Frontage, at the innermost part of the required Front Yard Setback.

  • building line means a rear space, side space or street front space;

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Main building means a building in which is conducted the main or principal use of the parcel on which it is erected;

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and
