Common use of Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility. Teachers covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means: 1. Teachers who are scheduled to work at least eighty (80) hours per pay period for a period of nine (9) months or more in any twelve (12) consecutive months. 2. Teachers who are scheduled to work at least sixty (60) hours per pay period for twelve (12) consecutive months, but excluding part-time or seasonal teachers serving on less than a seventy-five (75) percent basis. 3. Teachers of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Center for Arts Education, the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf and the Minnesota State Academy for the Blind who work at least three-quarter (3/4) time for the nine month academic year.
