Full Salary Clause Samples

The Full Salary clause establishes that an employee is entitled to receive their entire agreed-upon salary without deductions, except as permitted by law or contract. In practice, this means the employer must pay the employee the full amount specified in their employment agreement, regardless of factors such as business performance or partial work periods, unless otherwise stipulated. This clause ensures financial security for employees and prevents employers from making arbitrary or unauthorized reductions to salary payments.
