Full-time Appointments Clause Samples

The Full-time Appointments clause defines the requirement for an individual to dedicate their primary professional efforts to a specific role or employer, typically prohibiting simultaneous full-time employment elsewhere. Its core function is to ensure that the employee's time and attention are principally devoted to the employer, thereby minimizing conflicts of interest and maximizing productivity.
