Position Changes Clause Samples
The Position Changes clause defines the process and conditions under which an employee’s job role, title, or responsibilities may be altered during their employment. Typically, this clause outlines the employer’s right to reassign duties, change reporting lines, or modify job descriptions as needed to meet business requirements. By establishing clear guidelines for how and when such changes can occur, the clause helps ensure organizational flexibility while managing employee expectations and reducing the risk of disputes over job scope.
