Full-Time Status In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall:
(a) devote substantially all of Executive’s time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully perform such duties;
(b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive by the Board of Directors of the Employer; and
(c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Employer all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.
Full-Time Nurse is a Nurse who is hired to a position on a regular or temporary basis to work the work period described in Article 7.00 of this Agreement.
Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.
Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.
Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.
