Common use of FULLY BARGAINED CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

FULLY BARGAINED CLAUSE. The foregoing constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and shall supersede any and all rules and regulations in conflict therewith which were previously in effect. All other rules and regulations affecting conditions of work which were in effect at the time of signing of this Agreement shall remain in effect and are made part of this Agreement, including all rules and regulations contained in the Library Personnel Manual.
