Common use of Fully Complete Clause in Contracts

Fully Complete. To undertake all of the Work necessary to fully construct and complete the Project and execute all tasks necessary to obtain the final certificate of occupancy for the Project from the District of Columbia; submit final lien releases from the Design-Builder and Subcontractors and material suppliers; complete all punch list items to the Department’s approval and sign-off; and cause all representations, warranties and guarantees to be honored and otherwise fulfill all of the requirements set forth in the Agreement.

Fully Complete. To undertake all of the Work necessary to fully construct and complete the Project and execute all tasks necessary to obtain the final certificate Certificate of occupancy Occupancy for the Project from the District of Columbia; submit final lien releases from the Design-Builder Contractor and Subcontractors and material suppliers; complete all punch list items to the Department’s approval and sign-off; and cause all representations, warranties and guarantees to be honored and otherwise fulfill all of the requirements set forth in the AgreementContract.
