Fully Integrated Services Clause Samples

The Fully Integrated Services clause establishes that all services provided under the agreement are included within the contract's scope and that no additional services are implied unless expressly stated. In practice, this means that only the services specifically listed or described in the contract are the responsibility of the service provider, and any extra work or modifications require a formal amendment or separate agreement. This clause ensures clarity for both parties by preventing misunderstandings about the extent of services to be delivered and helps avoid disputes over unanticipated obligations.
