Further Performance. Borrower, whenever and as often as requested by NCDF, shall execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered such further instruments and documents and to do any and all things as may be reasonably requested in order to carry out the intent and purpose of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
