Common use of Further Performance Clause in Contracts

Further Performance. The parties hereto agree that each of them shall, upon reasonable request of the other, do or cause to be done all such further lawful acts, deeds and assurances whatever for the better performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and execute such further documents as may be necessary or expedient in order to carry out the purpose and intent of this Agreement.
