Further Proposals. Notwithstanding the final approval pursuant to Clause 5 of the Company’s stage one proposals (referred to in paragraph (a) of subclause (1) of Clause 4) the Company may from time to time thereafter submit further or additional proposals for the purposes of this Agreement in which case the provisions of Clauses 4 and 5 so far as applicable shall apply thereto mutatis mutandis.
