Future Development Notes. Developer acknowledges the City's intention to be involved in other development projects within the Development Project Area, and agrees that any pledge of monies deposited into the Special Fund for future obligations incurred in connection with such projects, shall be of equal parity to the pledge contained within this Agreement.
